Gave them two chances and they failed twice There are not many Volvo dealers in my area so you go where the car you want is located. My first experience with Rusnak, I had negotiated a deal on the price and was then to the point of negotiating the value of my trade in. The used car manager offered less than 1/3 of the value of my vehicle... I know this because I not only knew the value of my vehicle but also because I sold the vehicle less than 3 months later for close to 3 times his offer even after it had sustained $1500-2000 in front end damage when it was hit while parked in the street. As I mentioned Volvo dealers are scarce near me so about 18 months later I went there again because they had exactly what I was looking for in stock. I spoke to a sales person in the morning verifying that the car was still there and was promised it was. I went to Rusnak after work and after 20-30 minutes of "searching " for the car they informed me it had been sold the previous day. After purchasing a Volvo elsewhere I have had opportunities to speak to other Volvo owners and apparently my experience with Rusnak is fairly common.
