Salesman Patrick was great but the business office continued to delay and almost try to ruin the deal. Paid cash but they won't release paperwork even though past the 5 day hold window. They are not willing to work in the best interest of the buyers. Wouldn't recommend. New update, we received the car with a damaged headlight sprayer and luckily found the painted cover that fell off. Rusnak won't cover it because it's not under warranty or factory defect. Its a $150 part they won't reimburse. Also, just found out we have to remove some panels and parts to replace this so now will have to cover the labor (2-3 hours) for this repair. Horrible service and the business office doesn't care about its customers. More

By the time I arrived, financing was already finalized, and I completed the test drive, vehicle walkthrough, and paperwork in about two hours. Post-sale service was equally impressive. Window tinting and ceramic coating were completed within the week, and Uber transportation was arranged while my car was being serviced. Highly recommend Volvo Pasadena. Adamika Rachell made the purchase seamless, Joshua Villalobos did a fantastic job walking us through the vehicle tech and app setup, and Ronnie in Finance closed everything quickly and professionally. The team is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. More
