1st service here for Porsche. Have had Mercedes service at same dealership. Called to make appointment and when I got there they could't find my name. Apparently, whomever I spoke to put me on the list f at same dealership. Called to make appointment and when I got there they could't find my name. Apparently, whomever I spoke to put me on the list for Mercedes service in spite of the fact I asked for Porsche service and even told them the model of car. Duh! I had some accessories installed. Looked OK, but could have been better. Car was ready sooner than expected and service representative always kept in touch by phone. No loaners, but free one day Enterprise rental, which I declined after seeing their lousy selection. The main reason I go here for service is they are close to where I live/work. More
