Fraud. Lease a Defective loaner car to customer. Leased a loaner cayenne from them a week ago. We got the car in the evening. Sales told us the car came with goodyear tire in excellent condition. Very strange, The cashier let me purchase tire warranty. He asked 3 times and clearly told me it covers bulge on side wall. He look like want to say something when i denied the offer. I droved only 20 miles, no accident, no hit anything. When i washed the car. I noticed there is a bulge with scratch on the inner side of wheel. Almost impossible hit that area. A repairman told me it's old scratch. I sent car to Rusnak/Pasadena Porsche. They refused to do anything. I should be responsible for the tire replacement since i didnot check everything when i picked up the car. Neither sales nor her manager reminded or gave me chance to check the car. More

Treated very well, and enjoyed cleanliness of Dealership. Adam was very helpful in setting us up with the correct service required for my car. We needed a loaner car as we had to travel about 35 miles to get Adam was very helpful in setting us up with the correct service required for my car. We needed a loaner car as we had to travel about 35 miles to get to Rusnak, and were supplied with a very nice Macan. The car was ready when it was promised. The only issue I have was the next morning, after I had driven my car home, about 35 miles, was when I got in my car and went to check the oil level and pressure, the indicator read that the oil level was about half way down the indicator. I put in about a half quart of oil and waited about 2 hours to check the level again. It was still way down. I put in about another half of a quart. Latter that afternoon I checked again, and it was still down, not a lot, but still down. I had to put in about another 1/3 of a quart before it read full. This does instill a lot of confidence in that my car was checked as carefully as I would have thought. More
