Best Car Buying Experience Ever My experience with the dealership was awesome. I dealt mostly with Ricky Williams and he was as gracious as he was knowledgeable as was Eric Satchwell My experience with the dealership was awesome. I dealt mostly with Ricky Williams and he was as gracious as he was knowledgeable as was Eric Satchwell. It was simply the best car buying experience I have ever had on either East or West Coast. The finance people were awesome as well moving me through that process without a hitch and as expeditiously as it seemingly could be accomplished. I live in Orange County -- a bit of a drive down the mostly soul sucking 5 Freeway -- but honestly it was worth worth every minute of the drive and I am really considering having the car serviced at Rusnak even though it is over a hour away from my home. More
