Overall a 5 star dealership Service. Only problem was the parking for my car was located on some remote lot and took 20 minutes for my 911 to be brought around. All other ser Service. Four years of services and that's it? Had services with (3) different service advisors inclusive PPI. It was recommended by previous owner of vehicle (Dr. H). There was a quite long break after first service advisor was no longer responsive after (3) services and unless if I change vehicle? First service advisor is no longer with them. Resumed to give another try for a safety recall and received great services from (2) service advisors. I thought I have built a quite reasonable courtesy/relations with them, paid them fully and thanked them sincerely. Until I tried to schedule another service and no more responses. Spoke with a lady and she said will call back within few hours and never received any response after 5 hours. I understand they just followers and receive instructions from their supervisor. Hope this would never happen with other customers. I could only assume my be my vehicles are old and could become a liability issues (hope this will not represent favoritism pattern with this dealer service dept.). It seems there is an issue with leadership not Service Advisers-they are just following orders. On the other hand, my wife and children have always received excellent services from Rusnak Benz for last 25 years regardless old or new models. Even when I took my old Benz Clunker. My wife and I discussed they always welcome us. We still remember Janice and Bernhardt but they have retired. No wonder Rusnak Mercedes have a better Yelp ratings than Rusnak Porsche. More
