I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Rusnak. As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and efficiency, but my recent encounter with this dealership has experience with Rusnak. My ordeal began when I purchased a vehicle from Rusnak. Upon completion of the transaction, I was promised that all necessary documentation would be promptly forwarded to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to obtain my permanent registration. However, this basic task turned into an ordeal that lasted far longer than anticipated. Despite making multiple phone calls to the dealership and repeatedly emphasizing the urgency of the matter, they consistently failed to provide the required documents to the DMV. As a result, my temporary registration, which was initially valid for a set period, ended up expiring due to their negligence. This left me in an extremely inconvenient situation, as I was unable to legally drive my newly purchased vehicle. I cannot stress enough the frustration and inconvenience caused by this dealership's inability to fulfill such a fundamental responsibility. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. Not only did I have to endure numerous phone calls to follow up on the missing documentation, but I also had to deal with the DMV to rectify the situation caused by the dealership's incompetence. Furthermore, the dealership's lack of communication and failure to keep me informed throughout the entire process compounded my dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely updates, especially when faced with complications arising from their own mistakes. Overall, my experience with Rusnak has been utterly disappointing. Their failure to provide the necessary documents to the DMV, despite my continuous efforts to resolve the issue, demonstrates a blatant disregard for their customers. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice and weigh the potential consequences of their negligence. Ultimately, I regret choosing Rusnak and strongly advise prospective customers to explore alternative options that prioritize customer service and attention to detail. More
