Rusnak was able to provide me with service and experience that I waited nearly two years for others to provide. I had been looking for an allocation for my dream car for 19 months when I called Rusnak in frustration at being delayed yet again by my other dealership contacts. Simon at Rusnak was able to allocate me a car right away so I could secure the color, model year, and (almost) exact option setup I was seeking. He communicated promptly, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and set up a delivery experience unlike anything I've enjoyed before.
