I liked working with Manny the first time at Rusnak, but, when Manny wasn't there the second time, Matt took over. Matt delivered the bad news that a coolant hose and T-joint broke while they were replacing when Manny wasn't there the second time, Matt took over. After asking for my car back without the additional work done to it, he asked "Do you know anything about cars?" and proceeded to explain that it wouldn't get very far without the replacement. No discount for parts or labor, just pay for what they broke. Well, buh-bye Rusnak. More

Serviced dying engine ($1600.00) instead of notifying me that it was a terminal case after I'd pointed out the symptoms and my suspicions. Engine eventually expired but they would not liase with Jaguar on my behalf and refused to do further diagnostics for my extended warranty company. Car finally removed to independent dealer for engine replacement<br><br>A dreadful experience (I've been a customer since 1991) and would strongly recommend anyone thinking of buying or having service done here to go someone, anywhere, else!!
