Used to be better brought my car in for new Pirelli tires. little services that were once automatic were haggled over like simply taking the car through car wash. the brought my car in for new Pirelli tires. little services that were once automatic were haggled over like simply taking the car through car wash. the service light was not turned off until i brought proof that my car had been serviced at another shop. so i took my car to the other shop where it had been serviced but they told me the light could only be turned off by the dealership. so the service light is still on. these were never issues under Raffe's or Paul's tutelage. after years of coming to Rusnak, i will take my Grand Turismo to Russell Westbrook's Maserati next time. More

Not only did they get my car in and a rush job same day due to critical importance, but the sales rep was actually herself helping and washing my car before I picked it up. Talk about a "real" woman and employee! No service rep would ever do that at BMW or Mercedes, I will tell you. That was an awesome experience to see. Further, I always got a call back as promised and getting to the new service area is great because it's now all together with sales (as it ought to be). More
