Good Service from Long Distance During this Covid-19 pandemic, the reduced workforce at Rusnak and my own imposed travel restrictions I needed to have my car transported to them for During this Covid-19 pandemic, the reduced workforce at Rusnak and my own imposed travel restrictions I needed to have my car transported to them for it's service (from Santa Barbara). First, they recommended a transport service (Al's Towing), which was very first class and was considerably less cost than anything I had found on the internet. They also had familiarity with my Fisker, which was a plus for me as I have never left my car out of sight in 8 years!. Once at Rusnak, it did take an unusual amount of time to get the solution and my problem fixed, but I need to allow for my type of car. Their service advisor Ruben was a good communicator and very cooperative to get the job done. My car was returned with all new tires and sparkling clean just like I had delivered it to them. Overall, their charges for the weeks of time there and the services performed was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to use them again when required. Was a good experience. More

I am so glad the Maserati service center moved from east Pasadena back to the Old Tow I have been coming to Rusnak for my car service for many years. I am so glad the Maserati service center moved from east Pasadena back to the Old Town Pasadena location. 3rd check up Andrew Lascano is very attentive and responsive. I appreciate that he communicated with me the status of my car and offered to change/sale new tires. Unfortunately the price at dealership is much higher so I'll do it elsewhere. I with Rusnak would sell service package, i.e. I've used my 3 pre purchase services I would l like to purchase 3 more if that would be possible. More
