Chad and ruben we fantastic Chad and Ruben really did their very best to help me. I had ordered 2 new Fisker keys for my Karma but were unable to program them. They worked on it Chad and Ruben really did their very best to help me. I had ordered 2 new Fisker keys for my Karma but were unable to program them. They worked on it for hours and at end could not do it. They reached out to Karma and they said I needed a new computer in the car to get an extra key ;( It would cost 2k plus . Ruben had my Karma washed and it was so nice. Even though we could not resolve the issue. Best Jennie More

Lazy Inspection Lady. I’m really upset with their service department. When I dropped off my car they gave me a loner car and the female who did the inspection on the loner I’m really upset with their service department. When I dropped off my car they gave me a loner car and the female who did the inspection on the loner car did a lazy job that she did not notice a scratch on one of the rims, so when I got back to pick up my car she did another inspection and pointed out that scratch on the rim, and told me that I have to pay for it. I asked to speak to her boss, and Brian showed up I told Brian that she did a lazy job on the day of pick up and she did not indicate this scratch, she probably did not even see it since the tires were really dirty. Anyways Brian said that I have to pay for it and shes good at her job. I said okay fine, I do not have a problem. Anyways when we were walking away from the car I noticed another scratch but on the rear rim and told Brian “see she did not even notice this one, does that tell you how lazy of a job she did. Anyways I’m very upset that I had to pay $90 for it. It was a complete bs. Brians a good guy. But totally killed it for me. I even recommended a friend to buy a car from you guys. And he ended up getting a Rolls Royce. Definitely that will stop. More
