Good morning David Rips, Thank you for completing the survey regarding your experience after we spoke yesterday. Unfortunately, we inadvertently did not reinstall the SD card for your navigation after the software recall was completed as we should have. This serves as a great lesson for our staff to make sure the vehicle is returned after every visit as received. Unfortunately, the receptionist is not familiar with how each recall may be performed and may have relayed incorrect information in trying to assist you. We are happy to rewash the vehicle and clean any scuff marks present at your convenience. Due to the current demolition of the AVON building directly behind our location, we are experiencing a considerable amount of dust and debris this week. I understand that recent experiences with our Service Department have been troublesome for you and I do apologize. Per our discussion, we are willing to repair the scratches as necessary for your ceramic coating; however, we are willing to do so with our staffing within the Rusnak Group. I understand your trust in your Detail provider as the reason you are declining our offer, along with a past experience. We typically test drive 1-3 miles after any service performed to ensure your safety and that the service is correctly performed. In this case, we drove 2-3 additional miles on the freeway in effort to duplicate your mirror concern at higher speeds as you described at drop off. I humbly apologize for your less than excellent experience and truly hope that we can resolve these issues and mend our relationship moving forward.
