Much improved I recently took my wife's Ghibli in for routine service. I was kind of dreading bringing the car in the Rusnak Maserati because past experiences ther I recently took my wife's Ghibli in for routine service. I was kind of dreading bringing the car in the Rusnak Maserati because past experiences there have been horrible. This time things were quite different. The service rep Raffe was professional and courteous. He promised the car back same day and delivered (much different than previous service encounters at Rusnak). It seems like they have really improved service in the Maserati service department. Thanks. More

Not what I would expect from a Bentley dealership. They were slow getting the car shipped. It arrived with a bald tire and two of the keys were missing. The manager told me he wasn't going to help me b They were slow getting the car shipped. It arrived with a bald tire and two of the keys were missing. The manager told me he wasn't going to help me because: 1) I didn't really buy it from Rusnak Bentley Pasadena because I leased the car. 2) The tire was fine when they shipped it. Maybe the transportation truck swapped it. 3) One key was all they had, he didn't know what happened to the other two and I was out of luck and would need to pay $2700 to have the keys replaced. I paid well over retail for a low mileage SuperSports because I was buying from the Bentley dealership and it was certified. If I had known I was going to have to deal with this type of car company I could have saved myself $10,000 and bought it from any given car dealer on eBay. Apparently Bentley doesn't hold their dealers to the same standards as other high end automobile manufacturers. I would buy another Bentley. I just wouldn't pay the extra money to buy it from a Bentley dealer. More
I brought my used Continental GT in for its second year of service and I had some concerns about the car overall because I had bought it from an auction, and they helped me greatly. I stayed at the dealer of service and I had some concerns about the car overall because I had bought it from an auction, and they helped me greatly. I stayed at the dealership sevice area while they took care of my car and they answered all my questions and showed me how I need to handle the functions of the car for everyday use. They were helpful and showed me all the parts and processes necessary to get my car back on the road. I appreciated their help more than their service guy or the manager, who kind of gave me the runaround when it came to getting my car in for service and when it came to telling me what was wrong with the car. They talked too much and didn't really handle the problem, but these guys took care of me right away even though they were probably doing other things.
