Lazy Inspection Lady. I’m really upset with their service department. When I dropped off my car they gave me a loner car and the female who did the inspection on the loner I’m really upset with their service department. When I dropped off my car they gave me a loner car and the female who did the inspection on the loner car did a lazy job that she did not notice a scratch on one of the rims, so when I got back to pick up my car she did another inspection and pointed out that scratch on the rim, and told me that I have to pay for it. I asked to speak to her boss, and Brian showed up I told Brian that she did a lazy job on the day of pick up and she did not indicate this scratch, she probably did not even see it since the tires were really dirty. Anyways Brian said that I have to pay for it and shes good at her job. I said okay fine, I do not have a problem. Anyways when we were walking away from the car I noticed another scratch but on the rear rim and told Brian “see she did not even notice this one, does that tell you how lazy of a job she did. Anyways I’m very upset that I had to pay $90 for it. It was a complete bs. Brians a good guy. But totally killed it for me. I even recommended a friend to buy a car from you guys. And he ended up getting a Rolls Royce. Definitely that will stop. More

Great New Addition it was my first experience with Peter, the new Mazerati service manager. Peter was excellent. i had taken my Gran Turismo in for a 'check engine' li it was my first experience with Peter, the new Mazerati service manager. Peter was excellent. i had taken my Gran Turismo in for a 'check engine' light. he explained the minimum charge of over $200 for diagnosis. in the end, he waived the charge because it was such a minor issue (gas cap was not tightened) and he still had my car washed. Peter is a great new addition to the Mazerati service center. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE----STEALERSHIP-------------------- called in the maserati dealer, rusnak, talked to the service adviser before taking the car in. the adviser gave us a price. took the car in, an hour called in the maserati dealer, rusnak, talked to the service adviser before taking the car in. the adviser gave us a price. took the car in, an hour later received a call saying that the car has an issue and cant perform a programming. the BODY CONTROL MODULE was replaced and needed to be programmed. before we took it in, we scanned the body control module and the only code there was the IMMOBILIZER NOT CODED. delaer wanted $600 for the programming instead of $200. we agreed. received a call saying they cant do it and the $600 is to start with, it will go higher. i denied the repairs, dealer adviser said that i still need to pay the $200 because they have done something on it. which is not what we wanted. we only wanted to get the BSI reprogrammed. this is very unprofessional and i am not going to buy anything from their parts story either. shame on rusnak maserati dealer, service dept More
