WE dont go to a dealer for service because we like to get ripped off, yes you guys markup way to much, but we go cause we feel the safest with dealer thinking they know all about the car and what NOT TO DO WITH THEM! I will never go here again and leave bad reviews everywhere and let the people know what you guys have done or there lack of. My service rep was great but that was about it! I think I paid WAY more than I should have but Ruben understood my concerns and tried to get me the best deal he could. I know everyone thinks Bentley owners can afford to get ripped off by service centers but its not true. However, I found myself asking for updates because they would not let me know the status on a regular basis. Sometimes, I would email and text, but not get a response for days or over a week. They did not seem to act with urgency to get the repair done as soon as possible, or let me know that they are doing everything possible to complete the repair. I don't know if they just need more staff, or staff that are more customer service-oriented. More
