However, I found myself asking for updates because they would not let me know the status on a regular basis. Sometimes, I would email and text, but not get a response for days or over a week. They did not seem to act with urgency to get the repair done as soon as possible, or let me know that they are doing everything possible to complete the repair. I don't know if they just need more staff, or staff that are more customer service-oriented. More
