Turns out, he wasn't. Why wasn't I contacted? Ironically, I had gotten a text from BMW saying that my appointment was confirmed. They were super busy and no one wanted to take me, so I left. I made another appt for Thursday, got the confirmation text, but called this time to find that Robert was still out. You need to fix this system! This time I got them to assign me to someone else, who had no idea I was assigned to him when I arrived. Again, you need to notify the client when someone is out sick. More

Not a responsible service I made an appointment and went to dealer 5 min early. They told me to sit and my supervisor will be take care of me.
