Service Visit My service included an oil change, coolant refill, front windshield (rubber replacement), toe hitch cap replacement and tire balancing. I asked for a loaner on short notice but there were none available. Russell provided me with an Enterprise rental (Suburban) that worked just fine. Overall, Russell was knowledgeable about the parts and the service, was very friendly and I have no complaints. I will be back for my next service! More

He beat all of the other dealerships in the area and was a straight forward salesman. I appreciate someone who doesn't waste time, and is thorough and professional in his responses. We were already sold on the car he had for us (it was such a great deal) and then he emailed later that night with another option, my first choice color and more upgrades- it was the best deal by far. We sent over all the necessary information and excitedly picked up our car a few hours later. The entire experience was excellent! Everyone we had contact with was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated not being "sold" or pushed into anything I didn't want. Roger went above and beyond helping me get into this car. I am very grateful! This is my first lease and my first BMW! Thank you! More
