I never felt pressured and I always felt that I was being given the best treatment. They did not have the exact car I wanted, so Roger ordered it for me and told me how long it would take to get to them. He was exactly right on his estimate. When I arrived on the day to finalize the deal, the car was ready to go. Even though the dealership was very busy, Roger was attentive and we got through the process fairly quickly.
