Rusnak is the best Auto dealership. Specifically, the service department. After the sale. Top notch. I was in yesterday and Josh Gates was my service rep. All the service managers at Rusnak are really great. But Josh in particular went to bat for me yesterday regarding whether or not my problem was a warranty issue. BMW corporate said no...Josh argued on my behalf...and got them to agree it was a warranty issue. Who does that? Rusnak. I've always been impressed with the service Rusnak department, and I like being treated like a VIP...but yesterday I was particularly happy. I waited for my car to be finished, a couple hours in and out...my car...cleaned and washed...looked brand now when it rolled down the ramp after the service call. Thank you, Josh Gates.
