Reserved and ordered an i4 Grand Coupe through Claude and that process was smooth. However, there was a shift between the current and previous year model in terms of what features and options were available. that process was smooth. However, there was a shift between the current and previous year model in terms of what features and options were available. Claude failed to mention that there were significant changes in the build (fewer selected / available options), yet the price had stayed the same. If something like this happens, I'd at least like to be informed of it and for there to be some transparency about it. All that was mentioned was a copy of the new order sheet and that "I'll be receiving the newer year model". Ended up feeling like it was a bit slimy so I cancelled my order. Decided I'd probably never buy a car from this dealership if I could avoid it. More
