I purchased 3 BMW Certified suv from Brandon and Jeff and Leo. They went above and beyond to make the experience easy and comfortable. They walked me through everything. The financing team did a great job explaining the options and terms. No pressure sales easy to talk to. No hidden agendas. Brandon did a great job explaining features test driving and Jeff and Leo help close the deal. I am super happy that Rusnak took care of my family and we got what was needed in a timely manner.
