I had such a great experience at Runde. My car was recently totaled and I needed a car fairly quick. Not my best car buying experience. Was fine until we agreed to purchase the car. Then it was like we didn't matter. The car needed a repair before we picked it up. When we went to pick the vehicle up two days later the car was not detailed as promised and the floor mats were missing. Service manager was not willing to pull up records of the vehicle. We had to wait over an hour to complete the pick up. This is the last vehicle I will buy from this dealership. More
