Used car sales here are a joke, they won’t budge off prices that are thousands over fair market value. Customer service is poor, after letting the internet sales department know that this car in particu prices that are thousands over fair market value. Customer service is poor, after letting the internet sales department know that this car in particular was priced almost $2000 above fair market value (as per the website they have it listed on) and $3500 above Kelly Blue Book fair market value they simply didn’t bother to reply. Assuming the no reply was an over site I called and spoke to a salesman, he said the price was correct and they use a value from NADA which reflects value from average mileage (which in this case is roughly 1/3 less miles). I found every interaction to be frustrating and rude, and while I rarely ever buy a used car (hard to justify buying this model new for $70k only to be driven a couple times a month) I’m no stranger to car new cars, we’ve purchased six new personal vehicles since 2015 as well as three new company vehicles , multiple different dealers and have never had an experience like this! I will never again even consider this dealer, my money is better spent elsewhere. More
