This is the third time I have purchased or leased from a Runde dealership and the 2nd time I have worked with Dave Frazier. He is absolutely awesome! Anytime I had a question or concern, he responded with a Runde dealership and the 2nd time I have worked with Dave Frazier. He is absolutely awesome! Anytime I had a question or concern, he responded with an answer very quickly. When the exact model I wanted was not available, he placed an order for me from the manufacturer. My order was not going to arrive by the time my lease ended, so Dave was able to track down the same vehicle I ordered and had it delivered just in time for my pick up. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Molly in the finance department; she is an asset to your company. She is friendly, courteous, respectful and beyond helpful. She was attentive to my needs and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. I did, however, not have the best experience working with Gwen in the finance department. She was rude, condescending, and seemed bothered when I would contact her with questions or concerns. I repeatedly asked her to contact me via email as I am a nurse working 10+ hour shifts and can't be on my phone during the day; she refused to do this, always leaving me a voicemail to call her back. Molly and Dave had no problem with corresponding by email. I live 75 miles from your location, but will always be a repeat customer as long as Dave and Molly are available to assist me in the future!! More
