2nd vehicle I've bought from Taylor at Runde in Manchester, Iowa. Found a vehicle online Thursday night, did a vehicle check and got a call from Taylor next morning. He said he could have the vehicle there by 1:30p.m. I got off work and went to look at it, took it for a ride and purchased the vehicle. No issues whatsoever. Runde will get my business again! I had a nightmare with Rundes poor service department. I felt as a single, older woman, they took advantage of me. I took my car in for a transmission fluid leak in December of 2021. After 7 months, 6 app I felt as a single, older woman, they took advantage of me. I took my car in for a transmission fluid leak in December of 2021. After 7 months, 6 appointments, 4 replaced seals, 18 phone calls and paid $1000.00, it still leaks! They never provided the service I paid for. At one point, they even admitted to replacing the wrong seal! When I tried to speak to one of the owners, Tim, regarding the poor service, overcharges, stress, time spent...he was very rude. Do not go to Runde Chevrolet unless you want to be ripped off! More
