When I asked a question that required research he did the research and got me the answers I was looking for very quickly. Delivery was arranged and they were able to successfully deliver my new vehicle the next day to the Springfield, Il area. I don't normally look forward to transactions involving vehicles however after my 1st transaction with Jake and Aaron in the finance department I do look forward to doing business with Runde again. More

He tried to find a trade vehicle meeting our specs but that didn't out for various reasons related to the other dealers so we ordered what we wanted. Picked it up 4 weeks later and it was exactly what we ordered. It was all washed and cleaned up and Jake spent probably 30 minutes explaining the electronics and features which was much appreciated. Even the trade in price was more than I expected. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. The trip from Lake Carroll to East Dubuque was well worth the long drive.
