Beware of used car part of dealership For those of you buying a car from these folks, and you are traveiling a good distance to buy, be aware that what they tell you on the phone, in email For those of you buying a car from these folks, and you are traveiling a good distance to buy, be aware that what they tell you on the phone, in emails, and texts should not be trusted. My son and I worked a deal on a 2012 Ford Escape, by phone and email. We were told the tires on the vehicle where about 50% and were in good shape. When we got there the tires had just been rotated front to back and the rear tires were so worn, the wear bars on the tires were flush with the treads. Cracking between treads were evident. The front two tires were about 10% left at most. We pointed this out to the sales person by the name of Randy, and we asked for the price of two tires taken off the sales price. He told us they did not do that! Needless to say, we were upset driving 4 hours one way to pick up the car. We demanded to speak with the manager Tim Runde. We had a horrible conversation with him to the point where he got in our faces within inches after we told him we would be posting bad reviews on social media about the experience. He kept saying we were threatening him! Amazing!!! He offered us $200 ($100 for each tire) when new ones were $160 each on the Discount Tire website. We asked for a $300 credit and he refused. Amazing again that he was willing to break a deal for $100!!! In our option, Mr. Runde is only oncerned about selling cars and not taking care of customers and building relationships. We drove home another 4 hours without the car. Beware that this dealership is really shady, will tell you anything to sell you a car and leave you hanging if you are not satisfied. One can only wonder how would have felt if we had flown in to do the deal and this had happened. My son and I were talking on the drive home that we thought Tim Runde thought he had us “over a barrel” and we would cave since we drove 4 hours to pick up the car. DONT’ BUY CARS FROM THESE FOLKS! BEWARE!!!!! More

Disappointing I work construction so getting a truck as a loaner would be beneficial. Also, I did not receive an inspection sheet showing condition of the vehicle a I work construction so getting a truck as a loaner would be beneficial. I'm almost positive the front end needs some adjustment but that seems to fall on deaf ears. It's terrible that a 23 year old kid can bust his xxx to buy a $58,000 truck and the service and benefits that's comes with the price tag is practically nonexistent. More

Not Pleased. Don't seem willing to deal or be flexible for a return customer. Told me a car I bought from them 6 months and 7000 miles ago is worth $6000 less now.
