Auto Stop We purchased a Traverse and picked it up on a Monday night at 6:30 pm. This was the only night that worked for both my husband and myself. Since we We purchased a Traverse and picked it up on a Monday night at 6:30 pm. This was the only night that worked for both my husband and myself. Since we knew the dealership would be closing soon we had just the main features reviewed as the car was a "Plain Jane", no media extras. However, we were NOT told about the Auto Stop feature on the car. Not in Platteville or East Dubuque when we were test driving the different vehicles before making the purchase in East Dubuque. Imagine my surprise the first time it happened at an intersection. Can you say PANIC!!! NOT A FAN OF AUTO STOP! I had emailed Dave to see if there was a way to bypass this feature, but was told no. I live 3 1/2 miles from my place of employment, Tri-State Travel, and constantly stop and go at the 5 stop lights I have to go thru to get to work. Might need a new starter at this rate! Other than that, I love the car! More

Excellent experience and awesome new Traverse I began shopping for my need Traverse via the internet. I contacted local and distant dealerships. Jacob from Runde was by far the best to work with. I began shopping for my need Traverse via the internet. I contacted local and distant dealerships. Jacob from Runde was by far the best to work with. It never got the run around from him and when I asked for “out the door” pricing, he gave it to me without any pressure. The entire deal was worked over the phone since I am 1.5 hours from the dealership with the promise of delivering the new Traverse and taking my trade back to the dealership. The Traverse I wanted wasn’t in stock yet and Jacob was very clear and prompt in his communications with me until the Traverse was delivered to the dealership. Jacob sent pictures when it was delivered. He set up delivery of the Traverse and all the features were setup for me upon delivery. The delivery man, Sam, was very pleasant and showed me some features about my new Traverse. The delivery and paperwork took approximately one hour. I enjoyed working with Jacob, Sam, and Runde throughout this process. My white 2018 Traverse Redline Edition is exactly what I expected. It runs great, is an awesome ride and turns a lot of heads. I can’t thank Jacob and Runde enough for a great buying experience. Here’s hoping it’s the beginning of a great car buying relationship! More
