Fast deal but not very personal My wife and I showed up on a Saturday and Chris McCrane had a couple of trucks that I had liked online brought down to the East Dubuque store so we co My wife and I showed up on a Saturday and Chris McCrane had a couple of trucks that I had liked online brought down to the East Dubuque store so we could look at them. The keys were in them so he said we could take whatever one we wanted for a test drive. I was a little shocked that we went by ourselves but it was fine because my wife knew the area. We sat down with Chris and started to discuss numbers and we came to an agreed price and he said he would handle the picking up of my motorcycle for trade in. I went to my bank on the following Monday to get the loan and was going to be coming out Monday night to get the truck. He said it was in the shop to be detailed and ready when we got there and it was. When we got there and were signing the paperwork, I had asked on Saturday about a Carfax and asked if the chip in the windshield if was fixed before the previous owner traded in the truck or after. There was no answer when we were signing the papers and the finance girl had to call the Chris to find out about the crack. My wife and I were leaving and was thanked and were told keys were in the vehicle. I climbed in and started the truck up and noticed that the fuel gauge said it was just over 1/2 full. I guess most other dealerships I've dealt with in the past, they always made sure the tank was full when I was driving off the lot. Not sure what the dealership policy is on that but oh well just would have been nice to have a full tank since I was driving over an hour to come get the truck. The next day when I went to get something I had dropped under the drivers seat, I noticed a lot of peanuts, popcorn and old receipts and paper under the drivers seat. If this is the job of a detailer and I would have paid for, this would have been unacceptable and I would have asked for my money back. All in all I would have to say I love the truck because I've wanted one since I was 16 and I'm not 34 years old. My uncle had just bought a truck earlier this year and said the deal went the same way. I guess I was just looking for a more personal experience and a little more attention to detail or going the extra mile. More

Horrible experience we will never be going back We bought a used car from them and started having issues with the car right from the start. They fixed some stuff but wanted us to pay to fix the rest We bought a used car from them and started having issues with the car right from the start.
