I’ve always dealt with Greg because I really like him and I don’t like anyone else there. They’re too pushy. So here’s the thing, I bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Manchester lot, and barely a couple thousand miles into it, I had all kinds of alarms flashing at me. It was covered under warranty and they got it fixed and it cost me nothing. The head guy in the service department (who’s name escapes me) was the most helpful customer service person I’ve ever talked to. My only problem is with (I believe it was) the guy running the dealership who gave me the rental car. Now I bought this vehicle from his dealership brand new and when I had a problem that was covered under warranty, he gave me a 20 year old car that barely ran, with 175,000 miles on it…and that is not an exaggeration. I was told I would get something comparable to what I have and this is what I get. My wife is in a wheelchair and it’s the middle of winter in the upper midwest. Now you would think I’d get a little better service than this, but I was very disappointed. Now I have more alarms going off in my vehicle so I’m going to have to go through this all over again. I’ll just wait until Spring to tell them about it so I don’t have to risk my life in some old piece of rental junk. I probably won’t buy from that lot ever again. More
