I hesitated in using the Concierge service. I just wanted to bring in my car, sit in the waiting room, pay and drive away. But I needed to get service done on my car so went on line and scheduled a p wanted to bring in my car, sit in the waiting room, pay and drive away. But I needed to get service done on my car so went on line and scheduled a pickup. It went so well. Misha was on time both with pick up and delivery. He wiped down the inside of my car after bring it back and handed me my keys with a sanitary wipe. Stephen called and advised me of options with my battery that tested in the red. He was able to get it replaced during this visit. I had an issue with the driver side windshield washer spray. After checking it out, he found that the hose was chewed thru. He gave me some suggestions to prevent critters from getting up under the hood. It was, as always, a great experience at Rudy Luther Toyota. More
