I'm always impressed with Rudy Luther Toyota. They're always very organized, professional and courteous. That is true if you are in for service or to make a purchase. I like their service department, though, because they are always friendly and professional and they always do a good job. I've purchased three new vehicles in my life and all have been from this dealership, despite having a Toyota dealership much closer to home. I was happy with my new car experiences because the prices were a little lower here. I was also pleased with the sales people. I never found anyone to be pushy at all. Very important to me. I have had a lot of negative experiences at domestic car dealerships and that was part of the reason why I purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser.
