Kong is an exceptional service manager to work with, he explained everything to me in detail. I am very pleased with the outcome, my car drives like it was brand new and its 6 years old. I can schedule online to make the appointment when it fits my schedule. I was able to come early and get the work done instead of waiting for my appointment time. The checkin person did a nice job: friendly, helpful, seemed to be knowledgeable on my Prius. The work was done as discussed and the waiting area is nice, large and well stocked so waiting for 30 minutes to 2 hours is not a problem (this trip was about 1 hour). The service document I get when I pay, tell me what was done and if there is any concerns that they want me to watch for. Price is what it is....I always end up with a little more done than I came in thinking I needed to have done, but then again I have 84000 miles on my 2010 prius so things need to be checked out and service done when it needs it. Very happy with the dealership and the service. More
No, I would not recommend for service as my last 2 experiences were both bad. Since my first oil change on my car which was purchased new there, I have used synthetic oil. For some reason or another, I asked when I was going to pay, whether synthetic oil had been put in. When checked on, they told me no it had not be used. I am there on my lunch break to pick up the car and now have to wait for the oil to be drained again and the right thing put in. Then after all the waiting and not getting back to work on time they expect me to pay them for there mess up....nope, definitely can do without! That's just downright incompetence at the expense of my car. More

I'm sending in a less than great on service simply because virtually every time I have service (which is basically great) I begin driving my car and hear a rattle. Reason? Whoever did the work forgot because virtually every time I have service (which is basically great) I begin driving my car and hear a rattle. Reason? Whoever did the work forgot to place the hood support strut back in its pocket. I have to park the car and nestle it back in its retaining pocket. This has happened at least 3-4 times! Otherwise, I had excellent service. Sue at the check out was very nice and helpful in recalculating my bill with the coupon... which I did not realize should have been shown the service person when I arrived... You might find it helpful in the future to have the service persons (very nice by the way) ask whether the person with the car has a coupon at that time. Blessings, Rev. Garth Schumacher More
I came in for a routine oil change and had excellent customer service from the second I handed over the keys. I had to bring my 5 mo old with and the service advisor Terry (got name off of receipt but I customer service from the second I handed over the keys. I had to bring my 5 mo old with and the service advisor Terry (got name off of receipt but I'm assuming the employees that check in and find you at the end of service are the service advisors???) was so helpful. He made the whole visit an excellent experience and even drove my car back inside at the end so I wouldn't have to walk outside in the cold with my baby. The wait was a little long for an oil change but considering you provide snacks, coffee, and fruit and also take the time to do a good job on the service of both of our vehicles I have no complaints. The reason I am taking the time to do this is because i really have nothing bad to say and would like to thank Terry and the other employees because there aren't a lot of places that try so hard to make the employees happy. I would recommend this place to friends and family. More

I was able to wait in the comfortable lounge and one hour later my car was done and the bill was exactly what I had been told it would be. More
I was told that I had a water pump problem. I had replaced that water pump at 84,000 miles and now at 127,888 miles I was told that I needed a replacement. Terry told me that he would discuss this problem with Toyota and get back to me if they would do anything for me. He called me a couple of days later and asked me if I would be willing to pay for the labor if Toyota paid for the water pump. I thought that this was very fair. I also want to commend Terry for his follow through, and Luther Toyota for its wonderful customer waiting area and the upbeat attitude of the people that I come in contact with there. I don't think that it could be better. More
