Efficient service with great communication between service department and customer. Waiting areas are very nice and the beverages offered are a nice touch. Purchased our current vehicle 2 years ago and can't say enough good things about the Sales Department. Nettie is the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. And although I do not have the pleasure to interface much with the GM, her team says great things about her, the gift she sent us after our purchase was a first, and from what I can see she and hear she is doing an outstanding job. No easy task, especially this past 3 years. More

I brought in my car because my tire light was on. It turned out to be a nail in the tire. The person who checked all that did a great job of moving quickly around the car to find the tire that was th It turned out to be a nail in the tire. The person who checked all that did a great job of moving quickly around the car to find the tire that was the problem, and then identifying where the nail was. The next guy came over and said it would be over two hours to get fixed. I thought that was weird because I had an appointment. I had something to get to and he said he would do his best. He was able to get it done in 90 minutes and I was able to make my next appointment, although a few minutes late. The service area looked slammed with cars and I know everybody was doing their best. I trust the guy was doing his best too and got me out of there as quickly as he could. Its a great shop and people are great there. More
