Just went in for an oil change and possible tire rotation. Terry looked up the last time I rotated the tires and noticed that I bought the tires at the dealership 18 months ago or so. He said the tire rotation was free because I bought the tires there and though I was a couple of huindred miles short of the time to rotate the tires, he had it done for me at no cost on this visit. Terry was great and very friendly. So, too, was the cashier who stamped my oil change card and took the time to remind me that the next oil change would be free. I have been very happy with all of the service I have had a Rudy Luther Toyota. More

Overall experience tends to be ok. Their service staff isn't friendly at all. I have had to wait a while when dropping off my car for servicing (with an appointment) without any of the service staff ackno isn't friendly at all. Their service staff tends to have the attitude as if they are doing us a favor and don't smile or even show customer appreciation. In our recent visit they offered to remove the bike hitch attached to our car so it could be washed, but they never did and gave us the car back unwashed. Their waiting lounge is very nice and is equipped with TV, coffee machines, cookies and a play area for kids. More

We leased a new Rav 4 last year and it came with free oil changes and several services. These visits give the dealer an opportunity to keep making an impression, and they have done a very good job of it. C changes and several services. Check in was quick and efficient, they did the work in the time window they said, the car was washed, and out the door I went... refreshing these days to have someone do what they say they will, and on time too.... While waiting there several nice areas to lounge in, a few snacks, and new cars on the sales floor to look at. Not the worst way to spend an hour. NICE JOB More

Was scheduled with Jeremy but Terry helped me. Came in for an oil change & car was making noise, something was loose underneath. They checked the problem and quoted me a price. Since it was related to the fuel tank I had to have the work done. When vehicle was done, the price was lower than quoted even with the oil change. Very happy with the service here, everyone is very pleasant. Great job as always! More

My car had a funny smell when I was driving it. I brought it in to the dealership and they were very thorough trying to find the cause but they were not able to duplicate my problem. I went in for a recall update to my Corolla. I had the pleasure of working with Doug. He was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I had a question about my rear passenger door and he was so quick to im pleasure of working with Doug. He was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He was able to explain the issue, even tried to fix it and then told me the approximate cost to completely fix the problem. Really, I was so happy with him.
