The service area waiting room is equipped with well designed work areas, comfortable seating, and large screen TVs. The complimentary water, popcorn, hot beverages, and snacks are much appreciated. As a busy mother, I love having a rare opportunity to relax in comfortable surroundings while having our vehicle serviced. Great Service! Jeremy Hassler has taken care of me, once again! I recently had a problem with my 2016 Tacoma, and Jeremy helped me get to Toyota Roadside Assistance Jeremy Hassler has taken care of me, once again! I recently had a problem with my 2016 Tacoma, and Jeremy helped me get to Toyota Roadside Assistance - so I could get my truck towed to Rudy Luther's in Golden Valley (under warranty). He got me in right away, found out the problem, Ordered the Part, and set me up with a Loaner Vehicle (until the next day - when the Part arrived). I have been to Rudy Luther's several times thru the years, and Jeremy has always given Very Good Customer Service. I am in Customer Service as well, and find Good Customer Service hard to find...Not so with Jeremy. Please let Jeremy know that his efforts are Greatly Appreciated! More
