Very professional!! I had to get 2 recalls fixed on my car. Not only was Duane very professional and helpful but as I was waiting I saw many service reps dealing with cus I had to get 2 recalls fixed on my car. Not only was Duane very professional and helpful but as I was waiting I saw many service reps dealing with customers. Each one was extremely professional and told people when they did not need certain services yet. I like that kind of honesty when it comes to my car. Premium Service for a Premium Price My car suddenly broke down in the middle of nowhere, and the dealer wasn't open for the repair work. Starter failed. I dropped off the keys on Sunda My car suddenly broke down in the middle of nowhere, and the dealer wasn't open for the repair work. Starter failed. I dropped off the keys on Sunday afternoon with a detailed description of what was happening. Monday morning, I received a call before the dealership opened informing me of the details, including price, as well as other services I could receive. The car was repaired by Monday afternoon, and the dealer had a clean, spacious shuttle prepared from my work to the dealer at the time I wanted. The employees at the dealer were prepared with my statement, and I was out of the dealer within 15 minutes of arriving. The price was somewhat higher than I expected, but most of the estimates that I've looked up are higher for older model cars like mine (2004). Overall, a satisfactory experience, and I'll have no problems going back to them for my service needs. More
