I dropped off the keys on Sunday afternoon with a detailed description of what was happening. Monday morning, I received a call before the dealership opened informing me of the details, including price, as well as other services I could receive. The car was repaired by Monday afternoon, and the dealer had a clean, spacious shuttle prepared from my work to the dealer at the time I wanted. The employees at the dealer were prepared with my statement, and I was out of the dealer within 15 minutes of arriving. The price was somewhat higher than I expected, but most of the estimates that I've looked up are higher for older model cars like mine (2004). Overall, a satisfactory experience, and I'll have no problems going back to them for my service needs. More

Everything worked well; no complaint about anything The door opened at the appointed time and I entered. Matt, the person I had made the appointment with days earlier crossed the floor and took over. The door opened at the appointed time and I entered. Matt, the person I had made the appointment with days earlier crossed the floor and took over. After a half-hour in the 'bull-pen," Matt delivered the results of my Recall Inspection. After another half-hour, he explained all the findings and I was on my way. All within an hour's time. I was impressed with the way all the service people dealt with us waiting in the "bull pen." I mentioned to Matt that the service and attention was much like I've observed in hospitals... maybe better! More
