The installation of heated seats went as planned We added heated seats to our new car purchase. We were contacted by the dealership to make an appointment. to install them, were promptly taken care o We added heated seats to our new car purchase. We were contacted by the dealership to make an appointment. to install them, were promptly taken care of when we arrived, and were given a loaner car to drive while our car was being worked on. We were contacted when the work was done and picked up our car shortly thereafter. Everyone, from our initial contact to the person at the cashier's desk were friendly and accommodating. It was a very pain-free experience. The only hiccup in the process was trying to find the control after we left. It was not where we expected it to be and we ended up going back to the dealership to find out, Having driven an Avalon with heated seats previously, we expected it to be in the center between the front seats. Instead, it was on the outside of the seat frame. It would have been nice for someone to show us the control and to show us how to operate it. The factory installed heated seats are different than the after-market version in that they have more settings. The after market heaters have three settings- high, low, and off. Not the end of the world but a little disappointing. More

Great Very friendly, thorough, explained what I should watch for down the road. I also had the oil change card and had 4 previous oil changes so my oil change part of the 70,000 mile check up ended was deducted off my total bill. Kudos to the cashier who checked me out for asking if I had the card as I totally forgot all about that and had it in my billfold. More
