I was very happy that Mike was able to work on my car sooner than expected, so I could wait for it. I was advised it would take about an hour once Mike started working on my car. Brought my car in for routine maintenance and what appeared to be a leak in a tire. They went through the entire vehicle which is their standard and brought to my attention some issues that I may wis appeared to be a leak in a tire. They went through the entire vehicle which is their standard and brought to my attention some issues that I may wish to keep an eye on. Only "complaint" would be the changes to the waiting area. Snacks and coffee, etc used to be offered complimentary which is now a thing of the past. I am guessing Covid changed that. There was a vending machine which I used as I was there for several hours. It would be nice if the waiting area were as I had experienced before which seems like it would be doable with individually wrapped items. It was especially busy for some reason (had to wait 7 minutes outside just to enter the service entrance. There were many people waiting for vehicles and I'm sure it would have been appreciated. More
