Impromptu Service I called to check if I needed an appointment to replace a headlight that had gone out and was told I could stop by the Service Center while they were I called to check if I needed an appointment to replace a headlight that had gone out and was told I could stop by the Service Center while they were open and they would take care of me. When I checked in, I asked if they could also look at the broken front license place mounting due to a small ice-induced bumper car incident last winter. Eric checked to see that they had the parts and even though I had asked for more than a simple headlight replacement by now, he was still gracious about helping me and even offered a little bit of savings I could get if I replaced both headlights at the same time, since the bulbs were the same age. I appreciate Eric and his team's flexibility at helping me without an appointment and the way he looked out for me to prevent me from having to come in a few weeks from now with the other headlight out. I've been a loyal customer of Rudy Luther Toyota for more than 14 years thanks to their Service Center! More

Although I probably could’ve gone longer, as Terry had explained to me. . I decided to purchased a brand new set, anyways. When I pick up my car. I was concerned about a sound. I came back in and he was kind enough to come out to check on my vehicle and reassure me everything was fine. Also, thanks for washing my car. I forgot what color it was until I picked it up , that day. Very Happyy! More

New Tires & Service I brought my 07 Prius in for service in early November. Knowing I needed tires again (3rd set), I asked for recommendations which would have been bett I brought my 07 Prius in for service in early November. Knowing I needed tires again (3rd set), I asked for recommendations which would have been better in snow than the current tires, or the original set, both of which were traction-deficient. Jason recommended either a Michelin or a General Tire Altimax, and that I could/should get other ideas online like at tirerack.com or elsewhere. I've gone with the Altimax, and am quite please with the ride, noise-level, and traction so far (on wet roads, dry, and an inch of snow). Also, I was expecting some additional expense for incidentals since the car has 105K and is 11 years old. It did need some additional work. I've always trusted Luther Toyota to treat me right. And they have done so again. Thank you John D. More
