Only thing I would change is the lady who checked me out at the front desk kept say, “I have no idea, you’ll have to ask one of the service guys about that.” When asked questions about the recall check. This made me feel like a hassle to her & made her look unknowoldgeable. A simple answer in her repertoire like, “I’m unable to answer that but one of our service technicians would be happy to!” With a smile. It’s the little things like that. More

On the worst bitter day this January I had a late afternoon appointment on that bitter cold day this January. He also worked with me re. the amount of service I needed due to cost. The people at check out are efficient and friendly. Thoughtful, they review my service reports, check carefully what is needed and explain in detail why any repair is needed. Always warm and friendly, no question asked by me is gone unanswered. I have been working with John for several years now and trust his judgement and recommendations totally; Zach may be new however he has demonstrated through his careful listening that he "hears" me, and values my concerns. Impromptu Service I called to check if I needed an appointment to replace a headlight that had gone out and was told I could stop by the Service Center while they were I called to check if I needed an appointment to replace a headlight that had gone out and was told I could stop by the Service Center while they were open and they would take care of me. When I checked in, I asked if they could also look at the broken front license place mounting due to a small ice-induced bumper car incident last winter. Eric checked to see that they had the parts and even though I had asked for more than a simple headlight replacement by now, he was still gracious about helping me and even offered a little bit of savings I could get if I replaced both headlights at the same time, since the bulbs were the same age. I appreciate Eric and his team's flexibility at helping me without an appointment and the way he looked out for me to prevent me from having to come in a few weeks from now with the other headlight out. I've been a loyal customer of Rudy Luther Toyota for more than 14 years thanks to their Service Center! More

Although I probably could’ve gone longer, as Terry had explained to me. . I decided to purchased a brand new set, anyways. When I pick up my car. I was concerned about a sound. I came back in and he was kind enough to come out to check on my vehicle and reassure me everything was fine. Also, thanks for washing my car. I forgot what color it was until I picked it up , that day. Very Happyy! More
