Got the expert help I needed When my Prius battery had to be jump started twice in two days I called the dealership and got the support I needed. After the second jump start I headed to the Service department and received excellent service from Mark Pua. After a battery test, the cost of which was waived, I was given all the options, including keeping the current starter battery, but chose to have it replaced. No pressure, just lots of collaboration and mutual respect. Very much appreciated. More

After leaving, I called back a couple hours later and asked for some mor Ryan went above and beyond to take care of my needs during my service visit. After leaving, I called back a couple hours later and asked for some more work -- right around closing when everyone was headed out. Despite a mechanic not being available and some tech issues, Ryan personally tried to help and make sure we diagnosed the issue. He then offered some good counsel on how best to proceed that I really appreciated. Ryan is taking great care of his customers! More

On Wednesday of this week I called the Service desk at about 5:15 pm to inquire if by any chance at all, I could get my car in for an Thank you all. On Wednesday of this week I called the Service desk at about 5:15 pm to inquire if by any chance at all, I could get my car in for an oil change the following day. To my surprise the nice guy asked if I wanted to come right in - now. I did just that and had the car serviced, up dated, tires changed and a software upgrade. I actually had thought it just needed an oil change. Of note, I was given this appointment without mentioning that my car was being driven to Montana the next day by one of my family members. It was an unexpected trip. I bought my Toyota Prius from you folks. I do not live near by, however. I try and return to the "Mother Ship" for service. You folks, to a person, are terrific. Rear Camera replaced / remote start installed I have huge anxiety dealing with car problems so the thought of even bringing my car in for an oil change illicits stress. Purchased a new Toyota Ca I have huge anxiety dealing with car problems so the thought of even bringing my car in for an oil change illicits stress. Purchased a new Toyota Camry and rear camera stopped working - very stressful for me but the Sevice Dept took care of everything and made it as stressless for me as they could ( even with a few “snafoos”) from the cashier women to the nice gentlemen who put on my license plates and answered my questions about the remote start. Mr. Kong Yong was extraordinary. He has assisted me before and is extremely knowledgeable, respectful- I never feel dissed, keeps me informed, LISTENS to my concerns - no matter how trivial they appear, and answers all my questions. He has my highest recommendation. Thank- you. I am now loving my new car 🙂 Pat More
