Very shortly afterwards, they explained how there was uneven wear occurring, which explained why it was not noticed at my last, recent appointment. He explained in detail what were the most probably reasons and recommended the next best course of action. A quick review, after inspecting the brake area, provided the cause of the problem and again Mark took his time helping me to understand how it could have occurred and what needed to be done, what was urgent and could be possibly put off for me to reschedule and have fixed later, depending on my budget. They estimated the price and time required, and both came in under budget. He kept me well informed and it was so good to get back into my vehicle and have the noise gone. Problem solved. More
