Service was right as scheduled. He greeted me excellent and finished the work on time. The driver was right there at the beginning and at the end. Cashier service was also prompt. Great early morning service experience I brought my new RAV4 hybrid in for its first service appointment this morning. I was greeted strikingly cheerfully, given that the appointment was a I brought my new RAV4 hybrid in for its first service appointment this morning. I was greeted strikingly cheerfully, given that the appointment was at 7:15 AM. I was especially impressed by the service rep I worked with, Zach Lofgren. In addition to being cheerful, he was attentive and careful to ask me about any issues I was having with the car. When I told him I would wait for the service to be done, he directed me to the waiting area and told me my car "would be ready before 8:10". He was right, as the service was completed just after 8. Zach was a pleasure to work with and helped to get my day off to a great start. More

Efficient and thorough Was in for service on my 2019 Hybrid Highlander and there was a warranty issue with the rims on my vehicle.
