Prompt, Friendly and Fantastic Service I purchased a used 2011 4-runner at this dealership in December. I began hearing a vibrating noise 3 weeks later. I brought it back to have it check I purchased a used 2011 4-runner at this dealership in December. I began hearing a vibrating noise 3 weeks later. I brought it back to have it checked out. The service manager called, told me what was wrong, gave me options, made a reasonable recommendation and fixed the minor problem which cost me nothing. The shuttle brought me to my workplace immediately and picked m up promptly when my car was done! Highly Recommend! Well Done Rudy Luther Toyota-Golden Valley! More

Quick and complete Eric Hagen in service checked me in. He was precise about the work that would be done in accordance with the scheduled maintenance. He told me they would look at an issue relating to an undercarriage problem. He came back to me in a very quick and timely manner, and told me about what should be done on the undercarriage. I authorized the repair and it was done so, in order to get me on my way. I had been told earlier in the Service Department I would need to take it to the Body Shop for the fix, but apparently that was not the case at all as they were able to do it at the dealership. They also reset and clamped in a light that had not been fixed for a long period. I ;left the dealership quite content with the service personnel and the job that was comploeted. More
