Misha drove a shuttle vehicle to my house, picked up my wife's care - a no-contact pick up - and brought it back to Rudy Luther Toyota for service. Mia and Kevin Rudi were great communicators along the way and Misha returned the vehicle, using Clorox wipes, while wearing gloves and a mask at both pick up and drop off, to clean where he had been inside the vehicle and where he had touched the door to get in and out. Top notch service. More

Didn't get it right at first but came through the 2nd time! Our 2008 Toyota Highlander had a DOT bulletin for the ABS system failing. However, our local mechanic erased the codes required to complete the repair Our 2008 Toyota Highlander had a DOT bulletin for the ABS system failing. However, our local mechanic erased the codes required to complete the repair. The service department couldn't duplicate the ABS failure or fault codes keeping the SUV for several days. A few months later, the ABS started failing again and this time I was driving the Highlander. Not much fun, especially on off-ramps. Brought the SUV back to Rudy Luther and explained the situation. The service Ryan went through the bulletin to make sure we were still eligible for the repairs and then drove the SUV around the dealership. The brakes failed on him and he also said it wasn't a good experience. The accumulator and another part were replaced and now all's well. More
