Please don’t accuse your customers of installing parts without looking at it. Floor service manager never look into the issue, but keep questioning me how I know it’s not the issue, if I didn’t install it without looking at it. He told me the details of the ABS part being damage because it’s installed onto a vehicle. I asked him, so you seen it with your own eyes? He reply no. Exactly! I would gladly paid for the parts if I did use it, but please don’t make-up a new return policy. Please retrained your staff to never take our items into the back room, I’m assuming your staff did something to it. NO customer services!!!
