Bill was amazing to work with! Hands down the most pleasant experience in buying a new vehicle. I like the showroom, the repair area, the business management, the parking lot and most of all I liked the sales person, Boris Sonkin. Boris bent over backward to help a future customer and spent tim management, the parking lot and most of all I liked the sales person, Boris Sonkin. Boris bent over backward to help a future customer and spent time with me finding out my needs and wants then showing me the possibilities. Finally coming to the order and completing the order and waiting for the shipment from the assembly plant. I was on a rental car so I was getting very anxious to get the replacement, Boris called me and asked if a different color was ok and I said yes, then a few days later he called again and said we have the exact same vehicle but different color can you get here right away. Anyway the rest is history. Boris got me into a great Toyota RAV4 Premium. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Rudy Luther Toyota and Boris Sonkin!! More
