After riding along with my wife and I in two test drives, in vehicles that I had found online before coming to the dealer, Kris listened to our discussions, asked us a few questions, then immediately took us in vehicles that I had found online before coming to the dealer, Kris listened to our discussions, asked us a few questions, then immediately took us to a car that seems to be perfect so far. I wasn’t planning on buying that day, just narrowing down models, but we bought it on the spot. Your service department seems to get better every time I come back. Alexia (sp?) not only received the car and prepped the paperwork, but also explained why I might want to have my wheels aligned this time, come back. Misha was excellent as usual, and even remembered where I lived when he took me home. The car was ready in the expected amount of time at a reasonable price, and was noticeably driving much better when I picked it up. Overall, a GREAT experience all the way around! More
